The Carlisle Palm Beach Welcomes Leaders Under New Management
Palm Beach, FL – The Carlisle Palm Beach, a luxury senior living community, is experiencing a revival that goes beyond elegant updates and enhancements.
Originally built in 1999, The Carlisle has long been known for its resort-style setting and vibrant lifestyle. Earlier this year, Liberty Senior Living assumed ownership, bringing with it a strong vision for the community. That vision is now being carried forward by three respected leaders: Jillian Castellano, Senior Sales and Marketing Director; Donna Mulligan, Director of Sales and Marketing; and Lisa Davis, Campus Executive Director.
For Castellano and Mulligan, the return is especially meaningful. Both previously held leadership roles at The Carlisle before departing in 2019. Davis, who has more than 35 years of senior living leadership experience, is new to the community but has worked alongside Castellano in the past.
“When Liberty reached out, it was clear we shared the same vision for The Carlisle. And when Lisa and Donna came into the picture, it felt like everything was coming full circle,” Castellano said.
Mulligan’s connection to The Carlisle is deeply personal. Her father once lived at the community.
Our return to the community along with Davis’s presence has already sparked joy. “Residents are thrilled. Some staff cried tears of joy,” Castellano shared.
