Lisa Davis is the Campus Executive Director at Carlisle Palm Beach, bringing over 35 years of leadership experience in senior living. She has successfully led communities across the full continuum of care—from independent living to memory care and CCRCs—driving operational excellence, team development, and resident satisfaction. Throughout her career, Lisa has held key roles including Regional Director of Operations and Executive Director, overseeing communities in multiple states and mentoring future leaders in the industry. She is CORE certified and holds her dementia care licensure, further underscoring her commitment to professional excellence and compassionate service. Passionate about serving others, Lisa credits her success to her faith, dedication to quality care, and her ability to build strong, collaborative teams that prioritize resident well-being.
Jillian Castellano
Senior Director of Sales and Marketing
Jillian Castellano is the Senior Sales and Marketing Director at The Carlisle Palm Beach, bringing 18 years of experience in senior living. She began her career at The Carlisle in 2007, where she discovered her passion for helping seniors and their families, making her return to the community especially meaningful. A graduate of Lynn University with a degree in Business Administration, Jillian values working with a team whose beliefs and values align with her own. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children and traveling to baseball tournaments and competitive cheer competitions.
Donna Mulligan Schneck
Director of Sales and Marketing
Donna Schneck is the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Carlisle Palm Beach, bringing 14 years of experience in senior living. A New York native, Donna began her career at The Carlisle, making the community especially meaningful—her father also once called it home, creating cherished memories that inspire her work each day. She is passionate about helping seniors and their families find the right fit for their lifestyle, combining warmth, compassion, and expertise to guide the process. Outside of work, Donna enjoys cooking and gardening, finding joy in creating and nurturing both in and out of the community.
