Inspired by the principles of the Blue Zones, residents at The Carlisle recently gathered for a special Blue Zone Vitality Dinner focused on wellness, connection, and healthy living.
The purpose of the evening was to introduce residents to a variety of Blue Zone-inspired recipes, gather feedback, and identify potential additions to our permanent menu. Residents enjoyed sampling a selection of thoughtfully prepared dishes while learning about lifestyle habits associated with longevity and well-being.
After the votes were counted, the clear favorites were the Minestrone Soup, Greek Salad, and Tofu Stir-Fry—each earning a spot as a potential future menu offering!
Events like these allow residents to play an active role in shaping their dining experience while promoting healthy choices and meaningful social connections.
