Physical wellness is a core component of the INSPIRE Wellness & Life Enrichment Program. Residents begin with a comprehensive wellness assessment that includes medical history, vital signs, and a full Senior Fitness Assessment measuring strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and mobility.
With this foundation, our Wellness Director creates individualized exercise plans and offers guidance on equipment and training options. From group fitness to personal training, INSPIRE supports safe, effective, and enjoyable physical progress.

Our residents recently enjoyed a special outing to Wellington Bay, where they cheered on The Carlisle's culinary team during a friendly Top Chef Competition between three Liberty Senior Living sister communities: The Carlisle, Wellington Bay, and The Templeton of Cary.
Residents had the opportunity to sample each team's delicious creations while celebrating the creativity, camaraderie, and exceptional culinary talent found throughout the Liberty Senior Living family.
