It was difficult yet needed decision finding and moving my mom into the right assisted-living community. Jennifer Roche was truly amazing at making us feel welcome. In her warm and caring away, she walked us through every step of the process, answered questions, at any time of day or night, provided guidance and reassurance. as anxiety about the move grew, she provided words of wisdom, and offered emotional support in ways that were never expected. Not only was she there for mom, but she was there for me, providing me with a sense of security. Although my mom has yet to move in, I trust that she will continue to keep an eye out for her, and assist in providing my mom, with a sense of belonging, as she journeys through the next stage of her life.

When looking for a place for my stepmother, The Carlisle was on the list as a facility that we looked and toured. Upon meeting the staff and the heads of all departments, Emily Jasper really stood out. Emily was one of the staff that did our initial evaluation for my stepmother. Emily's kindness and knowledge of what she and we were going through was the main reason we selected the Carlisle. after 4 months, Emily continues to help her and is always available to answer texts or emails with any and all concerns. we couldn't be happier with Emily and her staff at the Carlisle.

I am a new resident at The Carlisle Palm Beach and I am so glad I found this place. The service here is outstanding. The activities keep me busy all day and night. They have putting greens, a choir, a fabulous theatre as well as card rooms, arts and crafts. I love that they have happy hour seven days a week…including wine, beer and hot food and snacks. Most important to me is that the management and their team are extremely responsive to questions and requests. I am extremely glad that I investigated this place and I have a great home now.

The Carlisle of PB is a beautiful facility with caring staff. They have great programs that keep my Mother's mind working and puts a smile on her face. Her apt is big and the entire place is secure. It's a wonderful place!

Ok... I am the type of person who looks at positive reviews and I am skeptical about who actually wrote the review. Or I am the personal that does not take the time to write something when I have had a positive experience. I had to take the time to write about The Carlisle because putting a loved one in an assisted living facility can be an emotional process. After reading reviews and obsessing over pictures of The Carlisle I made it first on our list to see for my mother-in-law. We met with Jennifer Roche who is the sales director and the whole family just hit it off with her. First, walking into The Carlisle is like walking into a 5 star hotel. Clean, aesthetically pleasing, happy faces of employees and residents. We took a tour of the facility and of the room that was available and I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH about the unit. The white walls with the sun coming in from the balcony made the unit bright and cheery. This unit happened to overlook the pool and had a bit of a view of the water. The kitchen had granite countertops and stainless appliances. It was like walking into a luxury apartment complex. I am not certain if all units have redone kitchens but that was an additional selling point for this unit. The master bathroom was HUGE and had a ton of storage in the bathroom as well as a walk-in closet in the bedroom. We looked at other assisted living places after The Carlisle and it was literally night and day. Most of the other places were very depressing and I did not see so many smiles. We knew right away The Carlisle was the right choice. There are a million activities every day and last night we went to the Passover seder that they had in the main dining room. It was good food and lovely people. My mother-in-law is making friends and slowly joining the activities. I have emailed and texted Jennifer numerous times with questions and I always get a warm response back. I genuinely believe that the employees at The Carlisle love where they work. I have witnessed nothing but kind and caring nurses and many who have been at the facility for over 5 years. We are so grateful to The Carlisle and the community. We know our mom is safe.

A week ago, we moved mom into assisted living at the Carlisle. Not only is it a stunning space, it has been an amazing experience and great relief to our family that she is receiving thoughtful care, better than what we could provide her ourselves. Every one of the staff is so nice and they go out of their way to address mom's (and our) needs. They have thought of everything to make the transition easy. The nursing & aide staff have been extremely patient and helpful. Between myself writing emails and mom herself, we can be a handful, so I hope their patience holds out! 🙂 I highly recommend a visit. I recently moved my Dad into the Memory Care portion of The Carlisle. While it was a very difficult decision and and situation for my family (severe Alzheimers), my experience with the Carlisle was top notch. I received very consultative service from everyone but particularly Daniella Josma. She was great from the moment we spoke on the phone up until we moved my Dad in. To put things in perspective about how great Danni was, we toured the Carlisle on Wednesday, signed the contract on Thursday and moved my Dad in on Friday, including helping us orchestrate a furniture move.

I researched various Assisted Living residences in Palm Beach County and decided on The Carlisle Palm Beach for my mother. I had the pleasure of meeting Sales Director Jennifer Roche when I came to tour the property. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the community and was able to answer all my questions and address any concerns. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, who showed genuine concern, warmth and patience while we were making this important decision. My family is so grateful we had Jennifer’s input and assistance from beginning to end.

The team at the Carlisle provides excellent care and service. They have gone way above their job responsibilities taking calls in the late evening, advising me how to navigate some very difficult situations. I can’t say enough how much Danielle, Beverly, really the whole team has meant to our family. The Carlisle is a beautiful place with lots of activities and the food is great. Mom loves it there.

The Carlisle is a Luxurious 5 star Community on the water with plenty of things to do nearby. Its a place where you can trust that your loved ones will be taken care of and left in great hands. I highly recommend Dani (Daniella), ask for her when considering moving in, she's amazing and very easy to speak with. Dani will make sure all of your needs are accommodated and go above and beyond to make sure you and your loved ones feel at home. My mother has been living in the Memory Care side of The Carlisle for a little over a year and is living her best life. She is always smiling, participates in all the activities, and genuinely seems happy. The staff are fantastic people who obviously care and really put my mind at ease. Over the past year, there have been some positive changes that make me even happier with The Carlisle. Every 2 weeks, they bring in dolls that look very much like babies and pass them around for all to hold. It's been very popular. They also take residents who are interested in venturing out for ice cream or various other thoughtful activities that provide stimulation in a safe way. One of the best additions over the last 6 months or so is a support group for those who have loved ones at The Carlisle. We meet virtually each month to discuss various topics, share any struggles and provide guidance to each other. There is nothing like talking with others who know exactly what you are going through and have their loved one living in the same facility. There are so many emotions for those who care for someone with dementia...sadness, guilt, love, fear, anger, etc....meeting with this support group is very validating of all those emotions and has truly made a difference for me. There is no doubt in my mind that my mother is at the very best place for her and that is all that matters.

I recently had to look for a memory care for my mother. I toured The Carlisle and my first impression was wow, what a beautiful place. Then I was introduced to Dani, the Director of Sales. She welcomed me with a sincere, bright, beautiful smile that instantly made me feel welcome. She explained the process thoroughly and took the time to find out about my mom. Ultimately, The Carlisle was to far for me to visit my mother as frequently as I would like to, but I felt so strongly about Dani, her caring attitude and her diligence that I felt the needed to leave a review…. I highly recommend anyone looking for Independent, Assisted or Memory Care living to visit Dani at The Carlisle. You won’t be disappointed!

Dannie Josman, the director of sales at the residences at the Carlisle of Palm Beach, is a wonderful advocate for living in this beautiful community!!! Her enthusiasm and knowledge are contagious! I toured in the spring and I was uncertain if I was ready for this next step in my life, as I’m only 82. Suffice it to say, I will be a resident by the time I turn 83. The apartments are beautiful, the staff is genuinely lovely, and Dannie is so helpful that I can’t wait to be able to encounter her often when I’m officially a resident! I can’t wait to share Dannie and the Carlisle with my friends.

We had a wonderful experience learning about The Carlisle while looking for an independent living community for my parents. Jennifer made us feel welcomed and cared for from the initial phone call through every moment of both visits. She is extremely supportive and gentle. Kevin joined us for both visits, sharing his insights and good humor. Both were patient and kind with my parents who are very reluctant and fearful about moving. The Carlisle itself is beautiful and elegant, clearly well maintained and situated in a lovely location a block from the beach. From upper levels there are stunning ocean views! We would be delighted to call The Carlisle home, and will when we are ready. We enjoyed a delicious lunch in the dining room with our gracious hosts and attentive server. All in all it was a terrific experience which I can’t recommend highly enough!

So happy with The Carlisle! We spoke with Dannie Josma about the services and expectations we have for our mother’s care and she assured us that they would be able meet her needs -and they have delivered! The Wellness/Medical Staff are top notch and the CNA’s and all the resident staff are phenomenal - they actually care and take pride in assisting our mom and treat her with respect and dignity . Overall we are very satisfied and our mom is happy as well. The location is fantastic too!

Mom has been at the Carlisle for 5 years and although there are ups and downs anywhere, the overall experience we have had is wonderful. All at The Wellness Center and Med Techs are extremely attentive and amazing and I cannot say enough about how efficient and kind they are to my Mom. Danielle and Melissa have definitely been my go to for any concerns I have and I am so thankful for them. Her aides are wonderful and take care of her daily needs in a kind and thoughtful way. The business center always takes care of any issues that I have in an efficient and speedy manner. I am so grateful for all at this establishment and send a big THANK YOU to everyone.
