The Carlisle-It was difficult yet needed decision finding and moving my mom into the right assisted-living community. The Director of Sales was truly amazing at making us feel welcome. In her warm and caring away, she walked us through every step of the process, answered questions, at any time of day or night, provided guidance and reassurance. as anxiety about the move grew, she provided words of wisdom, and offered emotional support in ways that were never expected. Not only was she there for mom, but she was there for me, providing me with a sense of security. Although my mom has yet to move in, I trust that she will continue to keep an eye out for her, and assist in providing my mom, with a sense of belonging, as she journeys through the next stage of her life.
